She specializes in designing strategic test and learn plans and building experimentation programs through best-in-class processes, tool expertise, and team empowerment. Kenya supports analytic initiatives for clients such as TrueValue, Mint, and TurboTax.

Leading the Evolytics A/B Testing practice, Kenya mentors junior employees, partners with data scientists to evolve experimentation programs, piloted multi-armed bandit adoption, and created a popular A/B Testing training program that even analysts from non-testing disciplines seek out.
