Dawn is a Marketing Journey Architect at Vanguard. She is responsible for bridging different client experiences across sales and marketing through the integration of technology, process, and data. She leads strategic, business initiatives with no set precedent and enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguous problems. Her day to day involves working with a variety of cross-functional teams across Vanguard at the intersection of business, marketing, data, and technology.
Dawn has 8 years of experience in digital marketing in analytics, paid media, strategy, and technology. Prior to Vanguard, she worked in digital analytics at a communications agency in Harrisburg (JPL) for 5 years. At JPL she started as a digital marketing associate and worked her way to analytics manager, leading the analytics department. She developed and executed on digital analytics and marketing strategies for a variety of companies, including Quest Diagnostics. Dawn also spearheaded new company offerings and championed the use of analytics within the company and with clients.
Dawn holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. Currently, she is in the process of getting her MBA from Drexel, class of 2023.
