Bio:

Greer Homer, a former middle-grades mathematics teacher turned data scientist, holds a master’s degree in Data Analytics from Georgia Tech and a bachelor’s in Education from the University of Georgia. Currently serving as an Analytics Consultant at Red Hat for the marketing department, Greer actively engages in two key projects: Project AREN and Rapid A/B Testing. Project AREN, an internal initiative, constructs cross-sell, upsell, and down-sell models for 75+ teams. Greer plays a pivotal role in crafting and testing innovative features, consulting stakeholders, conducting thorough backtests, building educational resources, and contributing to dashboard design. As the primary developer for Rapid A/B Testing, she spearheads a robust tool to quickly test customer behavior hypotheses, highlighting her expertise and commitment to Red Hat’s dynamic analytics field.
