Bio:

Mayra is the Director of Data Engineering at Justia, where she has spent over 15 years working across software and data engineering, project management, and technical leadership. Her early experience in software development and managing large-scale projects gave her a strong foundation in system design, which has helped her become a better data practitioner for digital marketing. She holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from the Technical Institute of Saltillo and a Master’s in Data Analytics from the University of Glasgow. In recent years, she has focused on leading her team in building and optimizing data pipelines, improving data quality, and enabling teams to leverage reliable data for better decision-making and business impact.
