Steven Perry is the President and Founder of Pereion Solutions.  Pereion provides marketing and customer analytic consulting services, specializing in customer experience analytics.   Steven has spoken at numerous events and training sessions on the use and deployment of customer experience or behavior analytics.  Prior to starting Pereion Solutions, Steven held a variety of sales and marketing executive positions at IBM.
