Michele founded Block+Tackle in 2013 after nearly two decades in marketing technology, data, and customer experience. As CEO, she helps brands turn complex technology ecosystems into operational advantage by guiding teams in building the systems, integrations, and processes needed to activate data and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.
Michele has led large-scale technology and data initiatives for brands including The Home Depot, Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, Georgia-Pacific, Verizon, IHG, and UPS. Her work spans enterprise martech and adtech platforms across Adobe, Salesforce, Google Marketing Platform, and modern data environments, connecting CDPs, identity and audience frameworks, programmatic media, and analytics infrastructure to enable first-party data activation, audience intelligence, and cross-channel measurement.
She is known for operationalizing complex technology stacks by aligning strategy, data architecture, and marketing operations by breaking down silos between data, technology, and media teams and establishing the governance and operating models that make modern customer engagement work in practice.
