This isn’t an insight problem. It’s a context problem.
Analytics fails when it’s disconnected from the objectives, decisions, and operational systems that surround it going in and coming out. When insight can’t connect to activation, it doesn’t drive behavior. It just becomes another dashboard nobody acts on. And another dashboard won’t fix it.
If your analytics can’t change what gets sent tomorrow, it’s not analytics. It’s reporting.
