Emma leads Marketing Science for the Toronto portfolio of clients and manages the team analysts in Canada. Prior joining RAPP, she led a team of strategic analytics and research professionals with a passion for solving complex problems in marketing at consulting firm, SHIFT (Shift Paradigm). Prior to the acquisition of her company by Shift Paradigm in 2021, Emma was founder and President of Data Insight Group (DiG) a well-respected Toronto-based consultancy. Emma has close to 30 years of experience helping organizations with the strategic use of customer data to drive business results. Her work has spanned a variety of industries in B2C and B2B, including those who market to intermediaries (like brokers). Her passion is “making data make sense” and helping decision makers get value from the data they collect.
